Since 1995, Zamboanga TV Patrol (now TV Patrol Chavacano)-the country's longest running Chavacano newscast is serving the entire Zamboanga Peninsula with much-needed news and public service.
Zamboanga Peninsula's 1st and longest running newscast has covered the fragile peace-and-order situations among Filipino Muslims, Filipino Christians and coastline natives and their celebrations. Covering for Zamboanga TV Patrol were Pal Marquez, Roland Ramos, Irene Covarrubias, Butch Bustamante, Reynerio Candido, Al Ahasbi, Boy Nap Directo, April Girl, Kathleen Covar, Ferdie de Castro La Paz, Lulu Gerolaga, Lei Mohammad, Sham Abdurajak, Jennifer Villanueva, Annie Salon-Gacayan and Mark Natividad.
Covering for the news in Metro Zamboanga, Basilan, Sulu, Isabela City, Jolo, Tawi-Tawi and the rest of Zamboanga Peninsula is Jewel Reyes backed up by Queenie Casimiro, David Santos, Leila Vicente-de Lima, RJ Rosalado and Zorayda Edris. Zamboanga TV Patrol airs 5:15pm Mon-Fri on ABS-CBN TV-3 Zamboanga Peninsula.
